About Me
PRs as a Distance Runner, Woo-Hoo
- 10k: 40:02 - (11 Dec 10) I am 99% positive that the course was short
- marathon: 3:27.21 (7 Nov 09 Nice-Cannes) - my 1st (and only) marathon so obviously it is a PR
- 5k: 18:56.4 (31 Oct 10) - this was not my first and only 5k race...it is not even my PR, but it is a PR as a distance runner so I will put it here
